There goes the neighbourhood! Darned beatniks will be all over now, wearing berets, listening to poetry, snapping their fingers and drinking coffee...
If it IS beatniks you'll have to move. Along with the finger-snapping, there are also the bongos AND they stay up all night and smoke.
