It`s been a bit of gloomy day for me. In the midst of it all, however, I learned that
Lucinda Williams has a new CD coming out. She is the goddess of broken hearts. I`ve decided today that I will go see her either in Toronto in March, or in Memphis in April.

Memphis in April does sound delightful. The only hitch is that my passport has expired. So, it doesn't look like I'll be going to the Land of the Free anytime soon.
Ah, the passport glitch. Well, we can avoid it by driving...I think you only need a passport for Freedom if you fly there.
At the very least, perhaps we could just sit around and play a few Lucinda tunes...
