Yesterday, I went furniture shopping. Even though, I am homeless, I decided that it would be nice to have my own desk, since I am trying to study and be a student. So, I walked into a second-hand place on the Plateau Montreal and immediately saw my machine. My companion pointed out that I had come to find a desk, not a sewing maching, but then I showed him how the machine could be folded down, and easily turned into a desk. In other words, it is two for the price of one!
Now, I am looking for an EASY on-line crazy quilt course. I found this one, but it looks a bit complicated with all the fussy hand stitching. I prefer a quick and dirty approach.
