Aggie, I think it's cool that you actually went to Cuba when you went to Cuba, instead of going to some all inclusive resort that could have been anywhere with nice weather.
I have never wanted to go to Cuba until now. All I had ever seen of Cuba were pictures of tourists lounging in poolside bars - how boring! You have captured a Cuba that I now long to visit! Maybe it could be an Astronaut Love Triangle road trip! What do you say compaƱeros?
Ya, this is dark and daring, and very intriguing. Perhaps i missed it, but all i've seen is photos, no emotional dialog to describe what it felt like to be there; scary, exciting, enchanting - just photos. Which is leaving me hungry for more!!!
For fun, may i suggest animoto.com? I created a very lame/short vid there, but you could do much better: http://animoto.com/play/fdWENrtvb9AVl59pmaQdTQ
Zoom: I'm happy I didn't do the all-inclusive thing either. Mind you, I'd kill for one right now. Manny: Havana would be the perfect road-trip for Astronaut Love Triangle. In fact, we could make a video of our rock opera there. Coyote: Now I have Jackson Browne songs spooling around in my head. Bob: I prefer to let the photos speak for themselves. I'm an emotional minimalist and enjoy leaving people hungry. But I love the animoto.com thing!!! I'm definitely going to play around with that. Fun.

I love this photo. The mood, and the car, remind me of the cover from Jackson Browne's Late For The Sky album. Except realer.
